What to Expect During Your Session
Your session begins with a brief consultation where your therapist will ask about your health, any areas of tension, and your pressure preferences. You will then be given time to settle onto the massage table in a private room. Your therapist will adapt the pressure and focus areas throughout the session based on your feedback.
